Non-judicial dispute resolution procedure
When contacting the State Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights:
If you are not satisfied with the answer provided by Muzi.lt or if we do not provide it in time, you have the right to contact the State Office for the Protection of Consumer Rights - VVTAT (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e.p. firstname.lastname@example.org, tel. 85 262 67 51, www.vvtat.lt).
If you apply to VVTAT, it is important to know:
