Small, decorative, and surprisingly powerful in sound: the cardboard Thunder is a unique musical instrument that immediately captures attention with its penetrating rumble of thunder. Despite its compact size, it produces an astonishingly intense sound that is even significantly stronger than the well-known bamboo version. The instrument consists of a sturdy cardboard tube with a diameter of 7.5 cm and a height/length of 26 cm. Its surface is decorated with beautiful dot painting, giving each instrument its own unique character. The fascinating sound is created by a plastic membrane with an attached iron coil. When the approximately 40 cm long spring is set in motion, it produces the characteristic, deep rumble of thunder, sounding remarkably natural.
