Complaint handling procedure

Muzi.lt will examine your complaint within 14 days and provide you with an answer.

Non-judicial dispute resolution procedure

When contacting the State Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights:

If you are not satisfied with the answer provided by Muzi.lt or if we do not provide it in time, you have the right to contact the State Office for the Protection of Consumer Rights - VVTAT (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e.p. [email protected], tel. 85 262 67 51, www.vvtat.lt).

If you apply to VVTAT, it is important to know:

  • To submit a request, fill in the form prescribed by the Service, which you can find here.
  • With the request, submit a copy of the document confirming the purchase and other documents confirming the circumstances.
