Yamaha Cashback promotion

Terms and Conditions

• Only residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland aged 18 or over who purchased a promotion product during the promotion period (26/08/2026 – 13/01/2027) are eligible to participate.
• Scenos servisas - muzi.lt  is an official, authorized Yamaha dealer, so promotion products purchased from us meet the eligibility criteria.
• The claim must be submitted within 60 days of the purchase date, after registering with „Yamaha Music Connect" and registering the product.
• A maximum of one claim per eligible model can be submitted per household.
• The promotion does not apply to used, refurbished or reconditioned products, or to products purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
• A legible original proof of purchase (our VAT invoice) is required for the claim, clearly showing the retailer's name, purchase date, product name and price. A pro forma invoice is not accepted.
• The cashback amount is fixed per model and does not depend on the sale price set by the dealer — each dealer sets its own price independently.
• The cashback amount is transferred directly by Yamaha within approximately 35 days after successful claim validation.
• Claims can be submitted only while stocks of the promotion products last.
• The cashback is paid out by Yamaha Europe, not by Scenos servisas - muzi.lt.
